民進黨立委葉宜津、黃偉哲、鄭寶清、陳亭妃等人日前在立法院會會中提出「不當黨產處理條例」草案、「政黨不當取得財產處理條例」草案等，遭到國民黨團要求退回程序委員會重新提出，民進黨團揚言，相關提案若再遭到杯葛，不排除祭出表決因應。
民進黨團在今天(26日)立法院會中增列報告事項，再度將民進黨立委的「不當黨產處理條例」等修正草案付委審查；不過在國民黨團未阻擋下，並提出黨版「政黨財產監督管理條例」草案，一同併案交付立院內政、司法及財政委員會聯席審查，使得朝野免去上演表決大戰。
此外，民進黨立委高志鵬所提出的「中華民國國徽國旗法」、「宣誓條例」等法案，擬不再強迫機關學校懸掛國父遺像，且各項宣誓不必再向國父遺像敬禮，遭國民黨團反對，相關提案則退回程序委員會重新提出。
