國民黨立委顏寬恒今(18)日在立法院質詢台上，拿出「消波塊」抱枕贈送行政院長林全，希望林全效法「消波塊」的精神，守護國內產業，林全收下後客氣的說了三次「謝謝」。

時常被網友用「消波塊」揶揄的顏寬恒，日前發表專屬的「消波塊」抱枕，並宣布用「消波塊」做為自己的形象定位，還把消波塊與海線特產西瓜結合，推出身穿西瓜裝的消波塊抱枕。

顏寬恒詢問，是否知道消波塊的由來？林全表示，消波塊能夠減少海浪對海岸的沖刷，但緣由不清楚。

顏寬恒解釋，消波塊原本是二戰時，在北非戰場法國用來阻擋德國坦克進攻的器具，戰後就把這些塊體丟卡薩布蘭卡在海岸邊，後來發現能有效阻止海浪侵襲跟消能作用，就一直沿用到現在。

顏寬恒說，他之所以要講消波塊，因為產業面臨多方衝擊，希望林全效法「消波塊」精神，守護國內各項產業，並現場贈送「消波塊」抱枕給林全，林全收下後客氣地說了三次「謝謝」。
